We value our membership; we value our volunteers. ALL Board Members and Coaches are instructed through the USA FOOTBALL HEADS UP Program, Certified initially and annually. Our Cheer Coaches complete training through USA Cheer, our conference and BTAA as well. ALL VOLUNTEERS must complete and clear a background clearance through, Averity, a third-party provider before having any contact with any participant. We belong to what we truly believe is the BEST conference our area has to offer, North Florida Youth Football Conference (NFYFC) and North Florida Youth Cheer Conference (NFYCC). Each team has a CPR and First Aid certified designee, we also have a designated first aid coordinator on our Board of Directors. Safety of our youth, families and volunteers are of up most importance. We utilize controlled safety during practices, meaning we DO NOT teach helmet to helmet contact nor is it allowed during practice, this is considered "INSTRUCTIONAL GAME PLANNING TIME". Football is a contact sport and Cheer is a physical sport as well. Our focus is on teaching the fundamentals, performing our very best, coaching up our youth and celebrating our accomplishments while exhibiting the highest standard of sportsmanship.
